Elements for Design Approval Policy:
We welcome you to take our merchandise on approval for up to three business days. We ask that you leave one of the following as a deposit:
- Business or Personal check for the amount of purchase
- Imprint of your MasterCard/Visa and your Signature on the credit card receipt
We will deposit your check/process your credit card for the merchandise at the end of the third business day unless prior arrangements have been made.
We inspect all merchandise prior to sending it out on approval. Many of our items are fragile and we do our best to wrap each item to prevent damage.
However, while merchandise is in your possession, you are responsible for any damage incurred.
Please handle our merchandise with caution and ensure our pieces are returned in their original condition. Thank You

Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm.

Special Orders
Special orders have a usual lead time of 2 to 4 weeks, depending on availability. Payment is due in Full for All Accessory Orders and is due at
the time the order is placed. 75% Deposit for all Furniture Orders, with the Balance due prior to Pick up or Delivery. Credit cards must be swiped for
all order over $2000. Special Orders are NOT returnable and are considered Final Sales; adjustments may be made if necessary, but may result in additional
charges.
Approval Period
Designers are welcome to take merchandise out for 3 business days. A valid Credit Card or Business check must be left in the full amount due and Payable
to Elements for Design at the time of merchandise pick up. Unless prior arrangements are made payment will be processed at the end of the third day of
the approval period.
Returns
Returns after 3 Business days and within 10 Days will incur a 20% Restocking fee and you will be issued a store credit for the return amount. NO Exceptions!
Returned Merchandise must be in the same condition as it was when it left the showroom. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on original invoices for
showroom sales that exceed $2000, and/or the returned amount is over half the value of the original invoice amount.
Consultation
On site consultation is available at $75.00 per hour. “One Hour Minimum.” On site labor is $75.00 per hour, with a “One Hour Minimum”.
Unaccompanied Clients
You are welcome to send Clients into the Showroom. Please notify us before hand with their Name and payment or discount information. Designer discount
rate changes if you are not accompanying clients.
